Prior to founding wForum, I enjoyed a 30-year as a business educator and corporate consultant and developed expertise in blended learning, influence and leadership, work-team performance and career management.
I’ve worked as a consulting partner with Achieve Global, Blessing-White, Karlin Sloan and Company, Novations, Inc. and Career Development Team. My clients included Hewitt/Aon, Yahoo, Dell, Intel, Baxter International, Siemens, Sara Lee, Fidelity, Children’s Memorial Hospital, Motorola and Wrigley/Mars.
As a corporate trainer and executive coach, I continued my education in the fields of applied psychology, social and emotional intelligence, leadership and influence, neuro-linguistics, storytelling, mind-mapping, yoga movement and meditation. As I look back on my prior work, at every stage I was blessed with a mentor. Some gave me feedback and encouragement, some led by example, some assigned projects that were over my head and took me under their wing. To all, I am grateful. Through wForum, I hope to pass on their insight, friendship and wisdom.
My formal education includes an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology from University of Santa Monica, M.S. in Organizational Development from Loyola University, and B.A. in Communications from Mundelein College.
Volunteer activities include Pathfinders for Cancer, Aspen Buddy Program, Susan G. Komen Aspen, Forest Conservancy, Spellbinders, and English in Action.
My husband and I have a blended family with four adult kids and one (very) spoiled dog.
